Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TokenBurn, operated by Beakman AI. By using the service you agree to them. Questions? Email andre@beakman.ai.

The service

TokenBurn reads usage and cost data from your OpenAI and Anthropic organizations through the read-only usage, cost and naming endpoints of their Admin APIs and shows it back to you as a dashboard: spend over time, cost by project and model, tokens, users and API keys, budgets, and anomaly hints. It never calls endpoints that modify anything in your provider organization, and it never reads or sends prompts or completions.

Your Admin API keys

You give us an Admin API key so we can sync on your behalf. We store it encrypted (see the Privacy Policy), use it only for read-only usage, cost and naming endpoints, and delete it when you remove the connection. The key remains yours: create it with the least access your provider allows, and revoke it at the provider if you believe it has been exposed.

Beta & availability

TokenBurn is in beta and provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and the service may have downtime or errors. Figures shown are for guidance: cost per user and per API key is estimated from list prices, and providers may revise usage data after the fact. Always confirm against your official OpenAI or Anthropic invoice before making financial decisions.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your OpenAI and Anthropic organizations, their configuration, and their costs.
• You must have the right to connect the organizations you add and to create Admin API keys for them.
• Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it unlawfully.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beakman AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any LLM API costs, arising from your use of (or inability to use) TokenBurn. The service is a monitoring aid, not a billing system of record.

Termination

You may stop using TokenBurn at any time and delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
